Dojun's plan to find who abetted the car crash and get named president of the company is all about to go down the drain. Dojun goes to Jin Seongjun and makes an offer.

The character of Do Jun had the saddest conclusion and it felt a forced way out for Soonyang which made the conclusion unsatisfactory. Had it not been for the ending, the drama definitely had the best output of its potential.

The last episode in the 16-part JTBC series aired Sunday, with a 26.9 percent viewership rating, according to ratings firm Nielsen Korea, Monday. The figure is the all-time second highest rating for a JTBC drama, following “The World of the Married” (2020), which was recorded at 28.4 percent.

In his new present/past, Yoon Hyun Woo knew the past for Jin du Jun, which eventually ended up in him succeeding to the Company Soonyang Group. However, because of the chairman's eldest son being jealous of Jin du Jun achievements he used from his present/future, the eldest son of the Chaebol killed Jin Do Jun.

I could rewatch this whole series again and probably like it even more the 2nd time around. The fantasy part (a guy is shot and somehow is reborn about 20 years earlier as a grandson of the Chairman of a huge conglomerate in Korea) is just the kind of thing I love.

The original story does not have romantic elements, and Seo Min-Young accounts for a very small proportion of the story line. However, in the drama, their love story is quite heavily shown. A love story is one of the success elements that most drama fans go crazy about.

Hyun-woo wakes up in the late 80s but he's no longer the gifted son of a poor, working-class family. Rather he has been reincarnated into the prepubescent body of Jin Do-jun, the youngest, semi-estranged grandchild of the great Jin Yang-chul, who – in this timeline – is still alive and at the peak of his power.

Previously on “Reborn Rich,” when Yoon Hyun Woo initially woke up in 1987, the first thing he did was to run to see his mother (Seo Jeong Yeon), who was still alive at that time. However, because he was now the stranger Jin Do Joon instead of her son Yoon Hyun Woo, he was unable to approach her as his own self.
