  • 摘要: 【目的】研究高温胁迫对柑橘全爪螨(Panonychus citri)存活及生殖的影响,揭示该螨在高温条件下的种群动态规律。【方法】柑橘全爪螨采自中国农业科学院柑橘研究所,在人工气候室饲养10代后用于试验,饲养条件为温度(25±1)℃,相对湿度75%—80%,光周期14 h﹕10 h(L﹕D),寄主植物为盆栽柑橘苗。挑取雌成螨于离体柑橘叶片上,让其产卵12 h,然后移除雌成螨,收集的卵继续饲养至后若螨时,采用叶蝶法单头饲养到成螨。将雌成螨单头分别置于32、35、38及41℃恒温培养箱中热激一定时间,然后再放回上述人工气候室条件下,每个叶碟上再放1头雄成螨,每个处理至少设30个重复,以25℃为对照。每24 h观察、计数产卵情况,直至雌成螨死亡,测定高温及作用时间对柑橘全爪螨雌成螨寿命及生殖的影响。利用SPSS 10.0对数据进行单因素方差分析(one-way ANOVA),平均数的多重比较采用Duncan multiple range test(DMRT,P<0.05)。【结果】高温35及41℃分别胁迫柑橘全爪螨雌成螨1 h,其寿命显著缩短至10.1及8.2 d(P<0.001)。且随胁迫时间延长,影响加剧。38℃胁迫雌成螨3 h,其寿命显著缩短至9.6 d(P<0.01);41℃胁迫雌成螨3 h,其寿命显著缩短至5.0 d(P<0.001)。高温胁迫对雌成螨的生殖力也有明显影响,32、35、38及41℃分别胁迫雌成螨1 h,每雌产卵量显著下降为38.4、37.5、43.5和40.2粒(P<0.05);随着胁迫时间的延长,产卵量继续下降,38℃胁迫雌成螨3 h,产卵量为23.1粒(P<0.001),41℃胁迫雌成螨3 h,产卵量显著下降至7.8粒(P<0.001)。雌成螨分别在32、35、38及41℃下胁迫1 h,特定年龄存活率(lx)曲线均出现“平台期”,但38及41℃分别胁迫雌成螨3 h,lx曲线“平台期”消失;且随着温度升高及胁迫时间的延长,lx曲线坡度变陡。特定年龄生殖力(mx)曲线显示,高温胁迫促使产卵高峰期提前,mx下降;高温38...

  • Nano-Cu(OH)2, one of the most used nano-pesticide formulations, can be applied to replace pesticide. However, the hazardous effects of nano-Cu(OH)2 on biological plant are still unclear. This study investigated the effects of various concentrations of nano-Cu(OH)2 on the growth of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) in hydroponic culture for 4 weeks. Cu dominantly accumulated in the old leaves (target organs) of lettuce during the first 2 weeks, which resulted in greenness loss and yellow-turning of old leaves. Meanwhile, the Cu partially transferred from old leaves to new leaves (P<0.05) and root (P>0.05). Nano-Cu(OH)2 stress caused irreversible damage to old leaves of lettuce during the last 2 weeks, reflected by the drying and yellow-shedding old leaves. Again, the Cu continually transferred from old leaves to the new leaves or roots of lettuce. Lettuce mediated the content of SOD and POD to resist the hazardous damage caused by Cu stress. Low concentration of nano-Cu(OH)2 promoted the growth of lettuce, and high concentrations of nano-Cu(OH)2 and Cu2+ inhibited the growth and development of lettuce.   • 激光诱导的稀土纳米粒子的上转换发光由于具有独特的光学效应,多年来一直受到人们的广泛研究。其中,溶剂对纳米粒子表面效应的影响是该类材料在实际应用中面临的一个普遍问题,传统的分析方法对溶剂的作用难以给出定量化的分析结果。针对这一困难,本文利用Monte Carlo计算模拟方法,从离子-离子相互作用的微观层面上重构出宏观的上转换发光现象,进而分别给出了纳米粒子表面效应在4种不同的水相溶剂:水、甲醇、乙醇和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中的定量化分析结果。稳态和动力学光谱测试结果均表明,溶剂水中的上转换纳米粒子表面猝灭速率最高,甲醇和乙醇中次之,DMF中最低,这可归因于溶剂中羟基基团及其活性对于上转换纳米粒子表面猝灭效应的影响。进一步,通过计算模拟获得了NaYF4:20% Yb,2% Er上转换纳米粒子中,Yb3+激发态(2F5/2)表面猝灭速率的定量化数值,分别为:2.5×104 s-1(DMF)、1×105 s-1(甲醇和乙醇)、5×105 s-1(水)。

    Objective

    The East Qinling molybdenum belt which located in the North China craton is the second largest Mo belt in the world, among which occur the most famous orogenic gold deposits of the Xiaoqinling. In recent years, through the implementation of geological survey engineering, molybdenum mineralization with industrial significance has been found in the deep of Dahu Au (Mo) deposit from Xiaoqinling area, and molybdenum ore mining has begun. Through the constraint on its metallogenetic stages, it is helpful to study the Au−Mo metallogenic regularity.

    Methods

    In this paper, based on the Crisis Mine deep−seated deposits prospecting in Xiaoqinling area, we studied the metallogenic model of deep Au (Mo) deposit, and analyzed the role of molybdenite Re–Os and K–feldspar 40Ar/39Ar isotope dating in the classification of metallogenic stages.

    Results

    Six molybdenite samples from the S35 ore vein yield Re–Os isotopic isochron age of (214.9±5.2) Ma (MSWD=0.77), with model ages ranging from (192.3±2.9) Ma to (223.4±3.2) Ma. K–feldspar samples from F5 ore vein yield Ar–Ar weighted plateau age of (95.22±1.16) Ma and the isochron age of (95.10±4.57) Ma.
